These terms govern your use of ThankLoop. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use ThankLoop.

What ThankLoop is

ThankLoop is a platform that connects members with appreciation offers from local businesses. The offers themselves are created and honoured by the businesses, not by ThankLoop. We help you discover and claim them; we don’t sell the goods or services.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Offers and redemption

Offers are time-sensitive and limited. Availability, terms, and honouring an offer are up to the business, and an offer can change or end at any time. A claim isn’t a guarantee — it’s valid only while active and within its redemption window, and is shown to staff as a single-use code. Don’t attempt to duplicate, forge, resell, or automate claims.

Acceptable use

Use ThankLoop for its intended purpose. Don’t misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the businesses on it.

For businesses

If you run offers as a business, you’re responsible for honouring what you publish, for the accuracy of your offers, and for treating members fairly and without unlawful discrimination. ThankLoop may remove offers or accounts that mislead or mistreat members.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

Service “as is”

ThankLoop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that any particular offer will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ThankLoop isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from a business’s offer.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; if changes are material we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. You can stop using ThankLoop and close your account at any time, and we may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
